Plans and DrawingsSite PlanThe proposed MACC facility is 8,000 square feet. The architectural site plan features a 2,400 square-foot multipurpose room, which will have a pull-curtain style divider that will enable the multipurpose to be divided into two rooms, of 1,600 and 800 square feet. Other rooms include a kitchen, several smaller rooms that can be used for classes, games or crafts, and offices for the staff. The plan allocates space for 100 parking spaces. LocationThe center will reside on three-and-a-half acres on Marvin Road, which is 1.5 mile(s) from the center of town. The site map can be found here. Opportunity also exists for future expansion behind the building. ElevationAs illustrated in the elevation, the building has been designed to be consistent with other structures in town and features a mock barn façade and decorative dormers. FloorplanThe floorplan shows the schematic layout of the building. The MACC is a single story building with a 2400 square foot multi-purpose room, classroom, activity room, crafts room, library, and the COA offices. The total area is approximately 8,000 sq. st.
